Q: How can I buy?

A. The purchase process at Kosmimashop.gr is very easy:

1. Use the categories in the main menu of our page, navigate to our website and find what you are looking for. Alternatively, type in the search bar a keyword about what you are looking for and see all of our available choices.

2. When you locate a product you want to buy, select it and click the "BUY NOW" button, located under each product.

3. Check the products in the shopping cart by clicking on the link "MY CART", located at the top right of the website. You can use the "X" button in the "Quantity" column to remove products from your cart.

4. Click the "COMPLETE" button to complete your purchase. Then, it displays a form to fill in your Username / Password if you are already a member or fill in some of your details in order to buy without registration. You can either pay by debit / debit card or prepaid card, either through PayPal or by depositing it at a Bank Branch or through Web Banking, or by cashing out the Courier employee upon receipt of your order.

 

Q. Do I have to be a member before I can buy?

A: Not necessarily. The process is very fast and simple. After you import a product into your cart and choose to continue with the cashier, the system will automatically guide you to fill in items for purchase without registration. The items you need to enter upon registration are used only to ensure the ability to communicate with you to send your order.

Your personal data is collected by our company solely in the context of conducting transactions with kosmimashop.gr and communicating with you to complete your orders and facilitate deliveries. All your personal data collected through kosmimashop.gr's special online form is absolutely necessary for the performance of the above services and the completion of your details indicates your full consent. You have the ability to access your data at any time. You can also request the immediate deletion of your information at any time. You are also entitled to exercise at any time all your rights under Articles 11-13 of Law 2472/1997. In any case, however, your data is retained by our company only for as long as you are a registered user and an order history is kept at Kosmimashop.gr. Your personal data is not disclosed to any third party and is managed exclusively by our controller.

 

Q: How can I see the history of my transactions?

A. You must log in to your account so that you can see your history.

 

Q: I forgot my password. Now;

A: Chill! Click on the 'I forgot my password' link on the 'Sign In' tab. We will ask you for the email you used to sign up and then you will receive a new email containing a link. By clicking on the link, you will be transferred to kosmimashop.gr again to set a new password. Do not forget that your password is necessary to log in and manage your account at kosmimashop.gr.

Q: How can I change my account information?

A: Changing personal information in your account is very easy. After logging in to your kosmimashop.gr account, by giving your email and password, click the "Login" link, located at the top right of the page, where you can edit all your personal data.

 

Q: How can I clear my kosmimashop.gr account?

If you want to delete your account, you can send us an email at info@kosmimashop.gr, indicating the username and email you used to sign up. The Kosmimashop team will immediately erase your account.

Your Order

Q: How do I know my order has been successful?

Once you complete your order, our system will automatically send you an email informing you that your order has been registered. This email confirms that you have correctly completed your order and that it has arrived at us.

 

Q. What should I do if I do not receive a confirmatory email after my order?

A. Confirm that the email you have stated during your registration is correct and valid and if you do not receive an email after completing your order, please contact us at info@kosmimashop.gr.

 

Q: I try to add several pieces to my basket but the system does not leave me. Do I make something wrong?

Our stock is updated daily by our system so if you receive this message from our online store means that the products you put in your cart are the latest available at the moment.

 

Q: Do I need to use a credit card to make a purchase?

A: No, you can choose between 6 payment methods: Debit card, Prepaid card, Cash on delivery, PayPal, Web Banking or Bank deposit.

 

Q: I do not have a credit card. I can buy;

At: Kosmimashop.gr you can buy our products with the payment option in five (5) different ways:

1. Payment by credit / debit card.

If you have a Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, AMEX or American Express credit card you can safely use it at kosmimashop.gr. The credit card payment process is covered by the most up-to-date security specifications and is performed through the secure server of Eurobank. Specifically for your credit card purchases, we inform you that: When confirming a credit card purchase, you automatically transfer to the secure environment of Eurobank, regardless of your card issuer. In the (secure) order form fill in all required fields (card number, expiration date, CCV). No item on your card is typed but is not known at kosmimashop.gr.

2. Pay with PayPal.

Payment with PayPal is subject to strict transaction terms imposed by PayPal.

3. Payment with prepaid card (prepaid):

Visa or Mastercard, if you want to have better control over your expenses, you can issue a prepaid (prepaid) card, which you can "load" with the amount you want to spend on purchases / payments.

4. Banking / Web Banking

Payment of your order is made by depositing into a bank account where, in the statement of reasons, please indicate your name and your order number. We check through our online connection with the bank that the deposit has been made and we proceed with the sending of your order. Waiting for a deposit is 7 business days.

Once the money has been deposited, please contact the account department to report the deposit. To shorten the verification process, please send a copy of the deposit by email at info@kosmimashop.gr or by fax at 211 8005443.

WARNING: Before you make a deposit, please confirm by phone the availability of the products you have ordered!

After transferring the money to shorten the verification process, you will need to send us your bank transfer receipt (STATMENT) by email at info@kosmimashop.gr or by fax to: 211 8005443 or you can contact the ordering department let me know that the money was not transferred.

ATTENTION: 1) The transfer fee from another bank is charged to the customer and NOT to Kosmimashop. Charging costs may vary from 1 to 6 euros depending on the Bank. 2) Deposit must be completed within 3 business days otherwise the order is automatically canceled by our system. 3) Markets ONLY Monday through Friday and NO Saturday-Sunday-Holidays

5. Repayment method.

Payment upon receipt of order. When the courier company comes to your place to deliver the parcel, you pay the value of your order. For some high volume and weight or high value products, you may not be charged and you will be notified by our company.

Q. Is e-commerce secure?

To safeguard your personal data, Kosmimashop uses SSL 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer) certified by GeoTrust, an internationally recognized leader in data protection over the Internet. Through GeoTrust technology, every element you enter into Kosmimashop is encoded.

All transactions you make at kosmimashop.gr are governed by International and European Law, which regulates issues related to electronic commerce as well as the Consumer Protection Act (Law 2251/1994), which deals with issues related to electronic commerce distance sales.

Q: How much is the shipping cost?

A. Shipping costs are the amount you are charged for sending your order. For orders in Greece, shipping costs range from € 1.90 to € 4.90 and over € 80 shipping costs are free of charge. For orders below € 80, shipping costs are calculated based on the products you have selected in the shopping cart.

Product shipments for all European countries except Malta are served through DHL (Economy Select) and shipping costs start at € 6 and are calculated according to the volume and weight of the products you want to buy. Delivery to countries of the European Union takes place within 5-7 business days from the moment you receive a confirmatory email of your order.

 

Q: What are the delivery charges?

Amount: For all orders the cost for the cash is 0.99 €. The delivery service is an extra service to collect the money from Courier and to render it to our company.

 

Q. Can I keep an eye on the order of my order?

A. You can always track exactly where your order is located through the "My Orders" link, which is on the "Sign In" page. There you can see where your order is located and keep up-to-date on its progress.

In addition to the confirmation email you receive when you complete your order, you will receive a second email with the shipping / bill of lading and the link through which you can track your order. The shipping company also sends you your mobile phone (if you have it), the shipping / bill of lading number when receiving your order from us.

Q. When will you deliver me?

A: All orders are shipped from our company the next business day, from the day you made your order. Orders within Attica are shipped with Courier Center courier and delivered within 1-2 business days. Orders in the rest of Greece are shipped with courier courier company and delivered in 2-3 business days. Orders that include bulky items are shipped with Delatolas Shipping Company, which works nationwide with local agencies. Orders in Cyprus are shipped with the Courier Center courier company and delivered to 5-7 business days. Foreign orders are shipped with DHL (Economy Select) and delivered in 5-7 business days.

You can always see the "Status" of your order by entering the link "MY ACCOUNT". If your order is delivered to the courier Courier Center, you can be informed about where your parcel through the waybill number, the you who sent in your mobile phone and email you provide.

 

Q. Will the order come to my place?

A: By submitting your order automatically the system will send you a message to your email account informing you that we have received the order, exactly what you ordered and all the terms of the order. From this point onwards, you do not need to do anything else. When the order is delivered to the Courier Center, you will receive a message on your mobile phone (if you have it) and an email stating the shipping / shipping number. Once you click on the link with this number, you can track the order of your order until it arrives at your place.

Your order will arrive at the address you have specified. To facilitate your pickup, it would be a good idea to put your mobile phone number on your contact information if you wish.

 

Q. Can I see the products closely?

A: Kosmimashop in addition to an online store also has two physical stores in Peristeri and Acharnai (Menidi). At these two stores you can come and see the products you want shortly before you buy. To do this, you must first confirm the availability of the products from our website or by phone at 210-2477863 and 213-0331279 respectively.

A: The collection of our products is renewed with new designs and new proposals on a daily basis.

 

Product returns

Q: How can I return a product or my entire order?

A .: If you want to return a product for any reason, you can do it within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in the original condition in which you received, that has not altered the packaging and not have use / alter the product. If the refund is not made within 14 calendar days of receiving or failing to qualify for refund, kosmimashop.gr has the right not to accept the products back and not to replace them. Return shipping costs will be charged to you if the products are not defective, while your money is refunded on the same payment instrument as you completed the order. In the case of cash on delivery and bank deposit, we have to declare by telephone or electronically the account to which you want your money to be refunded.

For each refund, do not forget to inform the company of your intention (within the 14-day period mentioned above) and keep the legal payment document (proof or invoice) to certify your purchase.

 

Q. Do you make a refund?

A. After reviewing your request for a refund of the product you wish and for a refund, the After Sales Department will contact you about the procedure to be followed.

If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a refund, you will be refunded in full within 14 working days of the date of cancellation of the order other than shipping costs if the products were not defective. If there is a defect in the product of your order, then the amount of the refund will also include the amount of the shipping cost.
